It's Too Windy

I swear this post is not going to be about the weather. I was driving my car with the top down on the freeway yesterday and I had my arm out the window, as I am prone to do, when something hit me in the arm. I have been hit by bugs before and this was completely different. Bugs just bounce off, this thing literally exploded. I think it was a seed pod of some sort blown out of a stand of trees on the other side of the highway. Something green flew past my face shortly after impact. I about lost control as I frantically check to make sure my arm was still mostly intact. Thankfully the doctors were able to sew it back on. Actually there was not even any blood, but I did get a crazy welt. I can not remember having a welt before. I took a picture, but it is not really pleasant. Fine, here it is.
