How does sour cream go bad? Its already sour! When milk goes bad you say it goes sour. This distresses me greatly. I also have a rather extreme aversion to the flexible membrane sour cream develops when it is left undisturbed. I can't decide if I am very judgmental or if the people around here really are disgusting. All I know for sure is that the lady across the street is one BIG reason I am not looking forward to summer.
